Username: Choose a unique username (3-20 characters, letters, numbers, underscores only). This will be your unique identifier.
Constitution of Business or Individual: If you have a business, select its type. For individuals, choose "Proprietorship/Individual".

Business Activity or Purpose: Select the main business activity.

Name of Entity: Enter the business/enterprise name for the IEC Certificate. If an individual, write "N/A".

Current Address: Provide the complete address for the IEC Certificate.

IEC Code - Modification Application Form

Username: Choose/Confirm a unique username. This will identify your application.
Constitution of Business: Select the type of business. For personal name, select "Proprietorship/Individual".

Old IEC Number: Enter your existing IEC number if you have one.

Select State: Choose the state where your entity is registered or operates.

Name of Entity as per PAN: Fill in the business name as it appears on the PAN card.
